We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns for one of our key products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation plans for a specific product, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Own campaign performance: manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals and drive pipeline growth.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Review and optimize the marketing calendar to maximize impact.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and other key metrics.
- Ensure marketing objectives are aligned with business goals and provide value to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in demand generation or marketing program management.
- Proven ability to take ownership of results and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo (preferred); familiarity with Optimizely, On24, and 6Sense is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and tools like Google Analytics or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Background in B2B Enterprise Marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
