Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns for one of our key products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done, coordinating across teams, and driving measurable results. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute demand generation plans for a specific product, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
• Own campaign performance: manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals and drive pipeline growth.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Review and optimize the marketing calendar to maximize impact.
• Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and other key metrics.
• Ensure marketing objectives are aligned with business goals and provide value to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in demand generation or marketing program management.
• Proven ability to take ownership of results and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo (preferred); familiarity with Optimizely, On24, and 6Sense is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and tools like Google Analytics or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Background in B2B Enterprise Marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
