Demand Generation Manager

We're looking for a demand marketer to build the programs that bring more of the right companies to Yardstik.

Account signals and intent tracking, email campaigns, landing pages, testing, and measurement. We've built real trust in this market. This role turns that trust into pipeline.

About The Role

This role owns how demand gets created at Yardstik and how it reaches our sales team.

What you'll do:

• Set up and run our signal engine: intent data, website and LinkedIn activity, job changes, and partner activity, turned into triggers our sales team acts on the same day

• Build and run email campaigns: nurture, re-engagement, partner segments, and sequences that support our sales team

• Own the sending infrastructure behind them: domains, inboxes, warm-up, and deliverability

• Own our landing pages and the conversion testing behind them

• Make sure inbound leads reach the right rep quickly

• Run campaigns across our channels, measure what each one produced, and report results clearly enough that anyone can follow them

What success looks like: qualified opportunities created, and a repeatable system for creating more of them.

Who Should Apply

You should apply for this role if:

• You've spent 3 years doing this work on a demand gen or growth team, and you're ready to be the one who builds it

• You know HubSpot and Salesforce well. You build workflows, scoring, and routing yourself

• You are a good writer who can take a campaign from idea to sent

• You've worked with intent tools like Clay, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or Apollo

• You move fast, test often, and take real ownership of what you build
