Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers by processing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. Responsibilities:

• Process customer requests for quotations and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Respond promptly to inquiries about order status, pricing, delivery timelines, and other service-related matters.

• Collaborate with sales representatives and account managers to ensure seamless communication with customers.

• Prepare and manage sales orders, shipment documents, and export paperwork in compliance with company policies.

• Maintaining records and generate reports related to sales activity and customer feedback.

• Expedite urgent orders through the system to meet tight delivery schedules.

• Use Microsoft Office tools and company systems to handle pricing, data entry, and inventory management.

• Assist in improving customer service processes and contribute to resolving customer complaints effectively.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall customer satisfaction

• Proven experience in call center or customer service roles, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to efficiently process orders and manage data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external customers.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
