Customer Service Represenative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midland, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development. The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable handling customer interactions, managing administrative tasks, and supporting operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance via phone.
• Dispatch technicians to service calls and coordinate schedules.
• Generate service tickets and maintain detailed records of customer requests.
• Prepare and issue invoices for completed services.
• Perform accurate data entry to update systems and track information.
• Manage inventory of equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve issues.
• Handle email correspondence related to customer service and operational needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation tasks.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in data entry and 10-key skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage service desk tickets and vendor invoices.
• Tech-savviness and adaptability to new systems and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Willingness to work every fourth Saturday as part of the schedule.
