Customer Service Rep III

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative III to join our remote team for an overnight shift. This long-term contract role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering positive customer relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while supporting both customers and team members.

OVERNIGHT SHIFT: 11pm - 7:30am

100% REMOTE

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and organized logs of customer interactions and service activities.

• Implement corrective actions to address recurring concerns and improve service quality.

• Supervise and guide team members to achieve their performance goals and maintain high standards.

• Apply leadership skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with established operating procedures and company policies.

• Assist in talent management by identifying training needs and supporting employee development.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Monitor service performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.

• Proven experience in customer service roles with a strong focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.
• Familiarity with maintaining detailed service logs and records.
• Experience implementing corrective actions to address service challenges.
• Knowledge of talent management practices and employee development strategies.
• Understanding of operating procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
