Customer Service Manager/AP Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead and enhance our sales and customer support operations in Olive Branch, Mississippi. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage customer inquiries, oversee payment processes, and drive inside and outbound sales activities. Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure prompt resolution of issues to enhance client satisfaction.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including payment tracking and processing, to maintain accurate financial records.
• Lead inside sales efforts by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new leads and expand customer base.
• Supervise the customer service team to ensure consistent and high-quality support delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that improve sales performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices to streamline customer service workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to strengthen their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with company values.
• Proven experience in customer service management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, including inside and outbound sales.
• Proficiency in managing accounts receivable and payment processing tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
