Credit Collections Representative

We are looking for a skilled Credit Collections Representative to join our team in Lewisville, Texas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in business-to-business collections and credit analysis, particularly within the manufacturing and construction industries. Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage collection calls to ensure timely payments from customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
• Perform accurate account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Address and resolve deduction issues to maintain financial accuracy.
• Conduct reviews of credit limits and provide recommendations for adjustments based on analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective handling of credit applications.
• Monitor and evaluate credit risks, particularly in commercial and B2B settings.
• Utilize industry knowledge in manufacturing and construction to address client-specific financial needs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis and collections.
• Strong background in B2B collections within manufacturing or construction industries.
• Proficiency in handling credit applications and commercial credit evaluations.
• Ability to perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve deductions.
• Excellent communication skills for maintaining customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and limit recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
