Responsibilities:

• Oversee the credit approval process, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk tolerance.
• Manage the collections process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.
• Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial analysis and industry insights.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve disputes and improve customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have construction, manufacturing, industrial or materials experience.
