Credit Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Credit Analyst to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations related to property management and utilities. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with a mix of office (4 days) and remote (Friday) work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee utility billing processes, including initiating and discontinuing utility services at various properties.

• Collaborate with accounting teams to develop and manage utility budgets.

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to accruals.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in utility charges.

• Analyze property management financials to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Perform credit analysis and manage commercial collections.

• Process credit applications efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

• Utilize software tools such as Excel and Yardi (preferred) to streamline operations.

• Support financial decision-making by providing detailed analytical reports.

• Proven experience in credit analysis and commercial collections.
• Familiarity with property management and financial operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to manage accruals and utility budgets effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
