In this role, you will focus on overseeing and analyzing cost structures within a manufacturing environment to support financial planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting and a proven ability to manage complex financial data with precision.Responsibilities:• Analyze and monitor cost structures to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.• Prepare detailed cost analysis reports to support financial decisions and strategies.• Maintain and update standard cost systems to ensure accuracy and relevance.• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to assess production costs and optimize processes.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all cost-related activities.• Review and reconcile discrepancies in cost data to maintain accurate financial records.• Develop forecasts and budgets based on cost analysis findings.• Support audits and provide documentation for cost-related inquiries.• Communicate findings and recommendations to management for strategic planning.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, within a manufacturing environment.• Strong knowledge of standard cost accounting principles and practices.• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and preparing detailed reports.• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost structures.• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and tools.• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
