We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a higher education institution. This role is focused on driving successful organizational adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a robust change management strategy tailored to the needs of a university setting.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build trust and ensure alignment throughout the implementation process.
• Create and implement a communication plan to effectively convey updates, goals, and benefits to the campus community.
• Facilitate training sessions and e-learning modules to enhance user adoption and understanding of new systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management practices into broader implementation efforts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of change management activities.
• Conduct AB testing to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and adoption strategies.
• Provide consulting expertise to address challenges and optimize user engagement during the transition.
• Ensure readiness for system implementation by coordinating resources and addressing potential obstacles.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and refining change management approaches.
• Proven expertise in implementing ERP systems, with a focus on Workday HCM and Financial Management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in higher education.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to create detailed communication plans.
• Experience developing and delivering e-learning modules for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting and AB testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead user adoption initiatives and ensure successful system implementation.
• Background in managing complex projects within the education sector.
