CFO - Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and drive the financial strategy of our organization in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in financial reporting, cash flow management, and capital allocation. The role demands a proactive leader with strong analytical abilities and expertise in legal industry financial operations.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee cash flow analysis to ensure optimal financial health and liquidity.
• Manage capital allocation to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve and streamline financial systems.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to guide executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize tools such as Aderant and Microsoft Excel to enhance financial processes and reporting.
• Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve high performance and growth.
• Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Expertise in cash flow analysis and capital management.
• In-depth knowledge of month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools, including Aderant and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic legal industry environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
