Case Clerk

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Case Clerks to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing case intake processes and ensuring the accurate handling of records within a legal environment. Responsibilities:
• Manage case intake processes efficiently, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and organized.
• Utilize case management software to track and update legal case details.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless workflow and timely documentation.
• Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents for review.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and protocols while handling sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals to address inquiries and updates.
• Monitor case progress and follow up on necessary actions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of case-related data.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
• Ensure parking arrangements are coordinated as covered by the firm.
• Experience working with case management software.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and related legal processes.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Availability to start immediately and willingness to work overtime if required.
