This is a fully remote consulting position starting at 2 months that focuses on managing and delivering omnichannel marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical media. Candidates must have experience in driving campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry, and an understanding of MLR and Veeva. It involves coordinating across multiple teams, ensuring accurate execution, and maintaining strong client communication
Campaign Execution
- Run integrated campaigns across email, display, video, social, and onsite formats.
- Handle setup, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
Performance Monitoring
- Track daily pacing and KPIs.
- Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
- Recommend optimizations to improve results.
Project Management
- Act as the central point for cross-functional teams (sales, editorial, product, ad ops).
- Maintain timelines, trackers, and documentation.
- Lead internal status updates.
Client Communication
- Serve as the main contact for clients and agencies.
- Conduct kick-off meetings, share updates, and manage approvals.
- Provide performance reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in Omnichannel campaign delivery, digital media operations and pharma advertising.
- Hands-on experience with email, display, and onsite campaigns.
- QA, pacing, and reporting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and Excel/PPT skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience with publisher-owned media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM/CDP activation.
- Understanding engagement quality vs impression volume.
- Understanding of MLR and Veeva.
- Financial management knowledge including forecasting, invoicing and contracting.
