Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert desktop support services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Assist users in understanding and utilizing applications effectively, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Manage and maintain workstation imaging processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Provide support for Active Directory, including user account management and permissions.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and address system bugs and implement improvements.
• Document user interactions, issue resolutions, and support activities for process improvement.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of desktop hardware and software through proactive maintenance.
• Offer application support to resolve user challenges and enhance overall productivity.
• Participate in quality assurance efforts to identify and address potential system vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in PC desktop and workstation support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.
• Experience with desktop hardware and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system.
• Hands-on experience with desktop imaging and deployment processes.
• Ability to provide application support and resolve user technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
