Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support business process improvements and system implementations in Toledo, OH. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, mapping processes, and driving change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven ability to optimize workflows and enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop comprehensive process maps to visualize workflows and recommend optimizations.

• Support system implementation projects by ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Facilitate change management initiatives to successfully integrate new processes and technologies.

• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Work within Agile methodologies to deliver project milestones effectively.

• Conduct regular evaluations of implemented solutions to ensure they meet organizational goals.

• Provide ongoing support and training to teams adapting to process changes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on system implementations.

• Strong understanding of business process improvement and process mapping techniques.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project management.

• Excellent skills in requirements gathering and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives effectively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
