Business Continuity Assistant

We are seeking a Business Continuity Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our business continuity program by ensuring data accuracy and compiling information from various sources. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, compile, and verify data submissions for accuracy.
• Compare data against source documents, identify errors, and follow up to correct any discrepancies.
• Move data from various sources into a consolidated format.
• Maintain activity logs and track completed work.
• Assist with other special projects as assigned.
• Analyze data for accuracy and identify trends.

Job Details

• Location: Philadelphia, PA
• Schedule: Hybrid—3 days in the office, 2 days remote
• Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Interview Process: A single interview with the hiring manager and potentially other team members.

Note: Selected candidates will be required to complete competency tests in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• Excel: You should be comfortable with data input, validation, and moving data within spreadsheets.
• Word: Experience using and drafting documents without templates.
• Outlook: Experience with creating and responding to emails.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
