What You’ll Do

• Serve as the liaison between business units, vendors, and technology teams
• Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering for enterprise initiatives
• Work with Product Owners and project sponsors to support UAT, helping drive completion (not performing testing directly)
• Run your projects independently—you’ll own it from start to finish
• Partner in vendor evaluations and RFP processes, ensuring the best-fit solutions
• Document business requirements with clarity and precision to support execution
• Help ensure alignment between business needs, project scope, and strategic objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years as a Business Analyst with strong requirements documentation experience
• Experience working across all levels of staff, leadership, and vendors
• Strong background in Waterfall environments (familiarity with Agile is fine, but no “Agile evangelists” needed here)
• Vendor selection / RFP experience – required
• Foundational project management experience
• Experience creating wireframes – preferred
• Ability to take initiative, drive clarity, and lead projects with minimal direction
