We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the Quad Cities (Iowa / Illinois). In this Contract-to-Permanent position
This position is ideal for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating user acceptance testing, and supporting project planning and delivery. Candidates should be comfortable working across waterfall and agile methodologies, and have experience with vendor selection and RFP processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for senior-level candidates.
- Experience:
- 4 years for Business Analyst level; 6 years for Senior Business Analyst.
- Proven track record in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation.
- Experience mentoring others and leading cross-functional teams (Sr. level).
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Project, and SharePoint.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Credit Union operations and processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business needs.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Support project managers with risk, timeline, and deliverable tracking.
- Lead vendor evaluations and RFP processes.
- Provide project management support as needed.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, including process evaluation and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with call center operations and customer service processes.
• Proficiency in conducting gap analyses and delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills to support project objectives.
