Billing

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and experienced in managing billing processes from start to finish. You’ll handle invoicing, accounts receivable, customer inquiries, and basic Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
• Perform billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable tasks
• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and account status
• Process payments and update account records in the system
• Generate simple reports in Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs preferred)
• Collaborate with customer service, finance, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel (ability to work with formulas, VLOOKUP/SUMIF a plus)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with ERP or billing software preferred (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
