Billing Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes during a system integration. This position requires a strong ability to review contracts, identify discrepancies, and maintain billing accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze customer contracts to accurately input billing specifications into the system.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, ensuring alignment with contract terms.

• Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain billing accuracy and compliance.

• Proven experience in billing and billing/data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret customer contracts and apply billing specifications accurately.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
