Bilingual Spanish Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled and bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join our team in City of Industry, California. This is a Long-term Contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth front-office operations and providing exceptional service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.

• Assist in handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping related to front desk activities.

• Collaborate with team members to support office operations effectively.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and copiers.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with basic administrative procedures.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Appearance suitable for a workplace environment.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
