Benefits Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee benefits inquiries, ensuring accuracy in communication, and providing excellent customer service through various channels. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our benefits programs while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and address questions or concerns related to benefits.
• Manage email correspondence, providing clear and accurate information to employees.
• Maintain thorough documentation of communications and updates in the benefits system.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve complex benefits-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all communications.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of benefits-related materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and addressing employee needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries with patience and accuracy.
• Proficiency in managing email correspondence and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Familiarity with benefits programs and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and resolve issues.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
