Benefits Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on supporting open enrollment processes and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries. Responsibilities:
• Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding open enrollment and benefit options.
• Assist with the coordination and administration of employee benefits, including medical, retirement, and insurance plans.
• Verify the accuracy of benefits-related data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure seamless integration of benefits into payroll processes.
• Provide guidance on COBRA administration and leave of absence policies.
• Support annual enrollment activities and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Address discrepancies or issues related to employee benefits and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain updated records of benefits enrollment and related transactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees throughout the enrollment period.
• At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of open enrollment processes and employee benefit programs.
• Familiarity with COBRA, leave of absence policies, and payroll integration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in verifying benefits data and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with payroll teams and other departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Availability to work for the full duration of the 4-week contract period.
