We're looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator who will take full responsibility for payroll processing and benefits administration, helping ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do
- Process and administer weekly payroll for hourly employees and semi-monthly payroll for salaried employees
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Manage payroll-related employee records and maintain data accuracy
- Reconcile benefits deductions and work with benefit providers to resolve discrepancies
- Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll and benefits questions
- Audit payroll and benefits data to identify and correct issues proactively
- Assist with reporting, recordkeeping, and year-end payroll activities
- Continuously improve payroll and benefits processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefits
- Strong understanding of payroll practices, deductions, and compliance requirements
- Experience with benefits deduction reconciliation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through with minimal oversight
- Proficiency with payroll, HRIS, and Microsoft Office systems
