Key Responsibilities:Handle collection matters from demand through judgment and enforcement.Represent clients in civil litigation related to creditors’ rights.Represent clients in commercial litigation unrelated to creditors’ rights. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.Attend court hearings and manage case dockets.Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to ensure consistent legal representation.Perform trial work.
