A global technology and solutions company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to support its U.S. commercial, state/local government, and international business operations. This role is part of a small, collaborative legal team and reports directly to the U.S. General Counsel. The position involves advising various business units on a wide range of government and commercial contract matters in a fast-paced, collegial environment.This is a hybrid position and requires 2-3 days/week in-office.Key ResponsibilitiesLead contract negotiations with commercial, government, and international clients, including drafting and reviewing complex contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and software licenses.Advise internal teams on negotiation strategies and risk mitigation during proposal development, contract execution, and performance.Provide guidance on teaming arrangements, partner relationships, and compliance-related due diligence for distributors, agents, suppliers, and subcontractors.Interpret complex contract provisions throughout the lifecycle of programs and agreements.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and legal team members on dispute resolution and litigation matters.Develop and deliver training on legal processes and assist in implementing policies and procedures.
