Associate Attorney General Liability

We are looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in general liability to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while managing diverse litigation cases. Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in a variety of general liability cases, ensuring thorough and strategic defense.
• Investigate claims, analyze liability and damages, and devise effective case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft detailed motions, pleadings, memos, and correspondence.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, as well as manage depositions effectively.
• Advocate for clients during court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials/arbitrations.
• Maintain clear communication with partners, clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Manage 1850 billable hours while upholding quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case preparation and execution.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the California State Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general liability and/or liability litigation requiring attention to detail.
• Strong legal drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to present arguments effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with state and federal legal procedures; trial experience is a plus.
