Robert Half is partnering with a global technology and streaming leader to identify an Ad Traffic Coordinator to support live sports and live event advertising operations. This role sits within a high-volume traffic operations team and is responsible for the tactical execution, scheduling, and delivery of advertising during live broadcasts and streaming events across global markets.
This is a highly operational role focused on real-time execution and accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced live environments and brings a strong understanding of broadcast or streaming platforms—along with a genuine passion for sports.
Location: Hybrid – Denver, CO
Contract Duration: 4-month contract
Employment Type: W2 contract
Pay Rate: $38-40/hour
There are 2 different schedule options for this role:
Shift Option 1:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- In office during core business hours (12:00PM - 5:00 PM)
- Remote work permitted outside of those hours
Shift Option 2:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- In office time during initial ramp-up/training (approximately 4:00–6:00 PM or 4:00–7:00 PM), decreasing over time and becoming as needed
- Remote work permitted outside of those hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain commercial ad schedules for live sports and live events
- Execute ad trafficking to ensure advertising is scheduled, loaded, and delivered accurately during live broadcasts
- Use WideOrbit to manage and traffic advertising inventory (team will later transition to an internal system)
- Monitor live events and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure seamless ad delivery
- Maintain system organization, data accuracy, and operational workflows
- Partner with internal traffic and operations teams to support global live programming
- Support system maintenance and continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on ad trafficking experience
- WideOrbit experience required
- Strong Excel skills required (tracking, schedules, reporting)
- Experience supporting live events or live sports programming
- Broadcast television or streaming platform industry knowledge strongly preferred
- High attention to detail with the ability to perform under live, time-sensitive conditions
- Demonstrated understanding of and passion for sports
- Flexibility to work evening shifts aligned with live programming schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
- Experience working in live sports, live events, or real-time broadcast operations
- Exposure to system transitions from third-party tools to internal platforms
