The role primarily involves processing data and maintaining supplier transactions in the Purchasing Department of our organization. This position also requires the creation of materials for presentations, management of company assets at suppliers, and generation of letters, surveys, and notifications to suppliers. Responsibilities • Organize and process data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for the Purchasing Department.• Track supplier transactions and maintain accurate records.• Generate, process, analyze, and track data related to part cost tracking, supplier on-time delivery performance, and request for quotation status.• Create PowerPoint presentations for various purposes within the organization.• Manage company assets at suppliers, including maintaining databases, issuing asset tags, confirming tool completion, and approving tool payments.• Generate letters, surveys, and mass notifications to suppliers and communicate supplier responses to management.• Generate purchase orders and sales orders, and maintain supplier databases.• Organize charts, proofread documents, perform data entry tasks, and maintain filing systems.• Coordinate event planning and arrange meals for special meetings.• Adapt to changing responsibilities and manage special projects as required.
