The AP Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, assisting with payment runs, and supporting general accounting tasks. This role offers a potential pathway to permanent employment, subject to performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities:Process incoming vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and data entryMatch purchase orders and receipts to invoicesReconcile AP statements and resolve discrepancies with vendorsPrepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic paymentsAssist with month-end close processes and other accounting projects as assignedMaintain organized digital and paper filing systems for all AP recordsRespond to internal and external inquiries in a professional, timely manner
