Responsibilities:
• Accurately process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update financial records.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Obtain and organize credit card receipts for proper documentation.
• Follow up with relevant personnel to gather missing invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute check runs in alignment with payment schedules.
• Code invoices correctly using established guidelines and systems.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient invoice processing.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to support accounts payable operations.
• Proven experience in accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in data entry and financial record management.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Ability to perform check runs and code invoices with accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
