Accounts Payable Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and travel expenses while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and expertise in accounts payable operations.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately review and record both domestic and international vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Process payment requests, including reviewing, coding, scanning, and entering invoices, while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Handle employee travel and expense reports with precision and efficiency.
• Address vendor and internal inquiries, conducting research to resolve discrepancies and concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation and files, adhering to company policies and accounting standards.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.

• Proficiency in accounts payable processes, including weekly check runs and handling domestic and international wire transfers.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word to support data analysis and reporting.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
