- Oversee daily operations of the business office and administrative team.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations impacting operations.
- Supervise processing of transactions
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and office activities.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Oversee preparation and submission of tax-related documents and filings.
- Collaborate with all departments to optimize business strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to business office operations.
- Train and mentor office staff on best practices and new procedures.
- Liaise with external partners such as banks, insurance companies, and vendors.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including receipt and disbursement of funds.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to internal controls.
Job Requirements
