In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing essential accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, while ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Handle accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records and documentation. • Utilize QuickBooks software to manage and reconcile accounts. • Review and process invoices efficiently to ensure compliance with company policies. • Maintain organized records and assist with audits as needed. • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in financial data. • Generate financial reports and summaries for management review. • Support general accounting functions to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in QuickBooks software for accounting tasks. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members. • Prior experience in an accounting role or similar position preferred.
