We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Seatac, Washington, on a contract basis. This hybrid role requires in-office presence twice a week and offers a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Record and allocate expenses effectively to support financial reporting.
• Conduct reconciliations for accounts, addressing any outstanding discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of transactions and financial activities.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline invoicing and reconciliation processes.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions where necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Familiarity with expense allocation and financial reporting processes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.
