Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes during periods of lower activity.
• Record and manage inventory data, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
• Create and post journal entries to maintain an accurate general ledger.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to address financial inquiries and provide support.
• Monitor and control inventory accounting to ensure alignment with financial records.
• Utilize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient task execution and training.
• Ensure the integrity of bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and general accounting.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage inventory accounting and maintain accurate records.
• Resourceful and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and accounting principles.
