3D Modeler

We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeler to join our innovative manufacturing team in Westminster, Colorado. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in 3D modeling and digital sculpting to design and produce high-quality mannequins and related products. This role requires a deep understanding of human anatomy, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in design and functionality.

Responsibilities:
• Create detailed and realistic 3D models of mannequins and related products using software such as ZBrush, Maya, and 3DMax.
• Ensure all designs are anatomically accurate and proportionally correct, reflecting a strong understanding of human anatomy.
• Develop creative and visually appealing designs, showcasing modern aesthetic and sculptural capabilities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for 3D printing and ensure products meet durability and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and explore innovative tools and processes to improve design and production workflows.
• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations for client presentations and internal evaluations.
• Demonstrate awareness of retail design and brand identity to create mannequins that enhance customer experiences.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Work independently with a proactive approach, taking initiative to deliver results without constant supervision.
• Perform thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in 3D design, digital sculpting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as 3D artist, designer, or generalist, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in ZBrush, Maya, and 3DMax.
• Familiarity with rendering environments and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Strong technical skills in 3D modeling, texturing, digital sculpting, and rendering.
• Knowledge of 3D printing technologies and designing for manufacturing processes.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
