Robert Half has partnered with an Elder law firm in Denver who is seeking two attorneys to support their busy estate planning practice. This growing boutique firm with a long-standing presence in Denver, seeks a self-motivated and organized individual who enjoys client interaction and is committed to providing excellent service. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning or trust administation.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle estate administration and probate matters.
• Manage guardianship and conservatorship cases.
• Represent clients in contested matters requiring courtroom appearances.
• Travel to satellite offices to meet clients as needed.
• We are looking for an Associate Attorney who would like to find a long-term career in estate planning and probate law. Good technical and communication skills are required to be successful in this position. Licensed attorneys need only apply to this position.
