Description
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud solutions. The position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Field Service and Customer Experience (CX) modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Configure and deploy advanced Oracle Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams as well as client stakeholders to align project goals.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for service workflows and customer engagement.
Support the integration of Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain Management modules with new systems.
Utilize AWS technologies like Amazon EC2, Auto Scaling, and Ansible to enhance cloud infrastructure.
Monitor cloud system performance and scalability to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services promptly.
Document technical configurations and processes to maintain clear communication across teams.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards during cloud implementation.
Requirements
Extensive experience with Oracle Field Service and Customer Experience (CX) module implementations.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration methods.
Proficiency in AWS technologies, including Amazon EC2, Auto Scaling, and Ansible.
Ability to design and manage complex cloud service processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in cloud environments.
Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards in cloud computing.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams.
