Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
- Collaborate with HR team to address projects, and office operations.
- Assist in conducting employee relations investigations and document findings accurately.
- Utilize Spanish language skills to enhance communication with employees and address their needs effectively.
- Maintain organized records and answer calls.
- Participate in HR meetings and provide assistance where needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
- HR certification is preferred, demonstrating advanced knowledge of human resources practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR tasks and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
