The Robert Benjamin Wiley Community Charter School in Erie, Pa is seeking an ambitious, hardworking Building Substitute who is dedicated to the education of our students.
- Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree.
- PA Teaching Certificate is preferred.
The building sub must have well-crafted classroom management skills and the ability to provide classroom instruction to meet the needs of individual students. In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day classroom coverage depending on teacher absences.
This person will be responsible for the following:
- Provide classroom coverage, instruction, and professionalism
- Extensive use of technology including the use of Smartboards, iPads, laptops and remote learning platforms
- Participating in professional learning communities and group collaboration
- Participating in all school community events, including those that take place in the evening
- Participating in all professional development opportunities throughout the school year
- Engaging students, parents, guardians and families in a meaningful and respectful manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,011.00 per year
