We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and relationship-focused Marketing & Client Relations Specialist to join our team. Position Overview
The Marketing & Client Relations Specialist plays a key role in advancing the firm's marketing, client development, and business growth initiatives. This position works closely with attorneys, firm leadership, and the marketing team to enhance the firm's visibility, strengthen client relationships, support business development efforts, and position Robbins Schwartz as a trusted partner within the education community.
The successful candidate will combine strong marketing skills with exceptional relationship-building abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
- Support and maintain the firm's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and other marketing communications.
- Ensure all external communications align with the firm's brand, voice, and professional standards.
- Promote attorney thought leadership, presentations, publications, and speaking engagements through digital and social media channels.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and visibility.
Client Relations & Business Development
- Support initiatives that strengthen client relationships and enhance client retention.
- Assist attorneys with business development activities and opportunities.
- Coordinate follow-up efforts related to events, presentations, and client engagement activities.
- Help identify opportunities to expand the firm's reach and generate new business relationships.
Events & Sponsorships
- Plan and execute firm-hosted events, webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Manage sponsorships and relationships with educational organizations and industry associations.
- Coordinate attorney participation in conferences, presentations, and external events.
- Support the planning and execution of the firm's annual Robbins Schwartz Conferences.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of events and sponsorship activities.
Proposals & RFPs
- Coordinate and prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Maintain firm marketing materials, attorney biographies, representative matters, and firm credentials.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop customized materials for prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Ensure all proposal materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with firm standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, client relations, event management, or a related role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, website management, email marketing platforms, or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
- Professional services, legal, education, or association experience is preferred.
