Location: On-Site Sales Team in Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation: Base Uncapped Commission (Annual 1st year OTE: 90k-120k )

✅ What You'll Do
- Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins' transformational events, beginning with Unleash the Power Within and expanding across the full event portfolio
- Lead powerful discovery conversations with clients seeking real breakthrough
- Build emotional leverage and guide clients toward decisive action
- Operate inside a high-performance, on-site outbound sales floor in Scottsdale
- Engage warm leads inside the Robbins Research database and build referral pipelines from past clients
- Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
- Track and own your performance through KPIs, scoreboards, and conversion metrics
- Compete, win, and grow on a team built around mastery
✅ Daily Activity Expectations
- 80–100 outbound calls per day at minimum
- Top performers run higher — 100–150 — and earn accordingly
- Disciplined follow-up, urgency, and structured pipeline ownership
✅ Who Thrives Here
- 2 years of outbound, high-ticket, or high-volume sales — OR 4 years in any consultative sales environment
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound and rejection-heavy environments
- Backgrounds that translate well: high-ticket sales, coaching/program enrollment, event sales, fitness/membership sales, solar, home improvement, real estate, insurance, financial services, or any commission-driven team sales floor
