## Spray Line Operator Lumber Finishing

### Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Spray Line Operator to join our lumber
finishing team. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality finishes
on pine products by operating and maintaining spray line equipment while
consistently meeting production and quality standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor spray line equipment used in finishing pine
- Apply coatings, stains, sealers, and finishes to meet product
- Inspect finished products for quality, including color consistency,
- Adjust spray settings (pressure, flow, speed) to maintain optimal
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of spray equipment and work
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with finishes, materials, or
- Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, equipment, and
- Work closely with supervisors and quality team to meet production
### **Qualifications**
- Previous experience in spray finishing, coatings application, or
- Experience with wood products (especially pine) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to
