We're looking for an HVAC Apprentice who wants to build a long-term career in HVAC. No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on, paid training in both installation and service, plus continuous education on the newest equipment and technology.

Schedule & Pay
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Pay: $20-$24/hr
- Position starts at $20/hr and increases quickly based on your progress.
- Motivated apprentices can exceed $24/hr in a short timeframe.
- HVAC is an excellent career path for anyone mechanically inclined!
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- EPA certification within 90 days of hire
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Basic tool & jobsite safety awareness
- Ability to safely use ladders
- Ability to measure, cut, drill, and perform basic physical tasks
- Able to carry 100 lbs with assistance
- Reliable, on-time attendance
- Commitment to building customer service skills
- Willingness to invest in basic HVAC tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Energetic and organized
- Ability to work independently
