We are growing and looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
Position Summary
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role ensures all work meets company standards and provides every customer with a high‑quality service experience. This position will also assist in training service technicians and provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm Some evenings and weekends may be required.
Pay Range
- $25-$33 per hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting methods
- Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
- Ability to obtain a low-voltage license within 2 years
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to obtain NATE certification within 1 year
- Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
- Ability to operate scissors and genie lifts safely
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Universal EPA Certification
- Completion of an HVAC Technical School program
- NATE Certification
- 2 years of HVAC experience
- Insurable driving record
- Possession of required hand tools
