Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Torrance, CA. As a representative of Robbins Brothers Fine Jewelers, you will address customer inquiries and concerns, provide personalized support, and assist with product recommendations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include handling customer communications via various channels, resolving complaints, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with team members to provide efficient service and uphold our commitment to quality and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills for assisting and addressing customer inquiries
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure quality interactions and positive outcomes
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and advocate for client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and technologies is a plus
