Robbins & Company is hiring a Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator for our foundation repair company in Burien.
This role is similar to a dispatcher or service coordinator position in a construction or service-based business.
This is not just answering phones — you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and helping keep daily operations organized.
What You’ll Do
- Take incoming customer calls
- Gather information and schedule appointments
- Manage calendars and avoid scheduling conflicts
- Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, and inquiries
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives
- Keep daily schedules organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple schedules at once
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience Preferred
- HVAC / plumbing / electrical dispatch
- Construction or service scheduling
- Logistics or coordination roles
