The Property Manager Maintenance Coordinator ensures each home remains in the best possible condition by managing all facets of properties upkeep. Applicant must have character traits of motivation, discipline, and gets joy from helping others. Being a great communicator, comfortable using software, able to organize tasks and time, forgiving and grateful, enjoys details, checklists and systems are important. Knowledge of home upkeep and experience contracting vendors are helpful. We will train all skills needed. We all work as independent contractors. The property manager pays for their own insurance and there are no other benefits. The property manager may keep whatever hours they want as long as the job description expectations are met, although we recommend taking Sunday off and usually work on Saturday only a few hours. The hours needed to complete the items of that week may vary between 20 and 40 hours. Typical day may include resolving tenant repair concerns and managing vendors for repair and payment, verifying the work was done well, and communicating with property owners about the repairs. .Sometimes owners or tenants are upset about the needed repair and they need the understanding that comes with good customer service. The ability to complete various tasks in order of priority and quickly is important. This will occasionally require driving in the areas of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties so reliable transportation is required. Income should increase as growth occurs and responsibilities expand. Our company values are honesty, diligence, love, & joy. Office Locations

700 S Palafox St, Pensacola FL 32502 and 201 SE Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach FL 32548, although 80% of the work of this position can be done from home.

Qualifications and Skills

Great customer service ability, experience, and desire is a must. Experience in industry not necessary, although experience in working effectively very important. Any adult age can qualify, applicant must have terrific values, detail oriented and loves working with people. Actual technical skills can be trained.

Benefits

No benefits as this is an independent contractor position and mileage is not covered.
