This is a pure production role built for experienced insurance producers who want to spend their time selling—not servicing.
Our client is a privately held insurance brokerage operating in the $10M–$20M range, built with a clear emphasis on sales enablement and producer success. The firm offers direct access to leadership, a collaborative team environment, and strong internal infrastructure across account management, risk, and claims—allowing producers to compete with much larger firms without internal bureaucracy.
In this role, you will…
- Build and expand a book of business focused on mid-market to large commercial clients (200 employees)
- Drive new revenue through direct sales, referrals, and network development
- Transition and grow an existing book of business onto the platform within the first year
- Target accounts generating $20K–$500K in revenue and $200K–$5M in premium
- Operate as a high-output individual contributor within a performance-driven sales environment
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer (P&C focus)
- Existing book of business (typically $300K–$500K revenue preferred)
- Track record selling to mid-market or large employer groups
- Strong ability to generate new business and close complex deals
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Experience working with large client structures and decision-makers
